Wiring problem

Building my first custom. The electronic wiring cotroller I'm using has one spot for the coil. The coil has three wires coming from it (other than the two spark plug wires). 2006 Sportster engine, stock Sportster coil. Any thoughts anybody ?

OK< I have it figured out.By removing the brain from the bike, I lost the spot where the "trigger plate" would be.I thought the wiring controller would take the place of everything I would need. "WRONGO" I needed an ignition as well.New ignition system in hand *** no problem. This cheap little bobber is somewhere around $300,000 - $400,000 right now. But it will be worth about $5 grand. Still having a great time building it.
