hot bike subscription prices

was thinking of redoing my order to hot bike but am confused by all the different prices i am finding in the rags and web.
i saw the new street chopper and its got a card for $24 for 3 years of hot bike. but in hot bike the card costs $30 and the web is different prices. WTF?
what's the best deal and how come so many different prices?
