Cardo Scala Q2 Radios

Bought Scala Q2 rider-to-rider headsets last Octiber. Have been constantly dealing with Cardo Systems ever since to get problem of wind noise corrected-NO LUCK. VOX mics open up at any speed over 40 mph and will not go back into standby mode. Microphone is way to sensitive.  Both bikes have windshields and both riders wearing 3/4, full face shield helmets.Have tried most everything. Listening to loud wind noise in speakers while riding is very annoying. Cardo has no solution. Would not recommend units. Anybody else having this problem? Know of a fix?
