No Oil Pressure

I have a 1999 RoadKing that just lost it's oil pressure while riding down the road. The relief valve seems seated and working correctly.
The cams and all were replaced with a kit from Harley that included a new oil pump. This was about 2000 miles ago. The purpose of the kit was to fix the problems early twin cam engines had with cam bearings.
After replacement of the cams and oil pump if anything oil pressure was too high. It ran from around 30 psi at an idle to close to 60 at 5000 rpm.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
