Hi Everyone,
anyone planning to go on a ride?
I just wanted to suggest the Texas Hill Country. If you’re not familiar with the area you will be amazed since it’s not what people typically think of as Texas. The rolling hills host a number of historic towns with unique attractions, beautiful wild life and award-winning vineyards, not to mention the local southern charm.
On my last trip there, I stayed at the newly opened Stablewood Springs Resort. It’s located on a high ridge in the Guadalupe River valley, 90 miles west of San Antonio, surrounded by incredible views. I loved everything about the property – it’s luxury at its finest and a great place for groups to host events. The resort has a fitness center, pool and – the best part – great outdoor and adventure activities. Their world-class spa is set to open in December and I’m looking forward to coming up with any excuse to go back. You can visit the Web site at www.stablewoodspringsresort.com

Heading to the Hill Country the end of April, first of May. Cant wait. Its beautifull country and great riding roads. There are a couple of rallies first weekend in May. One in Luckenbach and one in Gruene.

If your gonna ride the Texas Hill Country...you have to ride the three sisters. Thats FM 335, FM 336 and FM 337....all have outstanding views, curves and serious elevation changes. Not to mention some pretty biker friendly stops along the ride.
