My 07 springer softtail developes a bad wobble after 50 mph when you let off the throttle. It doesn't do it if you maintain a constant speed, or stay under 50 mph. It only does it when the weight transfers to the front when slowing down at speeds over 50 mph

if your springer has wire spoke rims check to see if any are loose on your back wheel i had something very similar happen this past summer and found out almost all of the spokes were loose.

If the above isn't the problem I'd next check & adjust the steering neck bearings "fall-away" and then if that's not it I'd check my front wheel bearings. I had a similar problem on a friends bike and after much chasing around and head scratching I found one side of the front rims wheel bearings was dry and the bearings blued, changed the bearing and problem solved. Also just for the record the bike only had roughly 3500 miles on it when this occurred.
