Cam tincher problems on 2005 HD Ultra Classic

About 550 miles ago I had new cam tinchners, 203 cams, cam barings and SE push rods installed. My bike has about 50'000 miles on it. I was on the interstate running about 80 on cruise control yesterday. All of a sudden I lost most of the power and the right pipe (True Duels)got very loud. It was back firing and running very rough. I know whatever the problem is its with the front cylinder not the rear. I changed the front spark plug with no change in the problem.
My first question is does anyone know what may have happen to the bike and the second one is do you think my Mechanic did something wrong when doing the cam work?
Any help would be great.
