It would seem to me that Harley Davidson shops across much of this great country have forgotten where they came from and how they got where they are at now. The service is poor and most staff act like it is a priveledge for you to be in their shop.I have had so many bad experiences with lack of genuine good ol' boy service, and more corporate "if you are not here to buy something, we don't need to talk to you" types, that I have considered actually selling my HD and building my own "TRUE" AMERICAN mademotorcycle. What happened? Where is the "AMERICAN" motorcycle soul?

could not say it any better, but being on two wheels for 53 years gives me seniority in seeing this evolution of the factory, and believe me it has been disturbing. the only bright side is to see all the talent in every aspect of bike bulding rise to the top, and i don't mean just "discovery or speed channel" bs, i mean ground roots regular budget minded "real" enthusists that just love what THEY do. sounds like you are one and dont think there is no one that shares your thoughts, beleive me we are many. just wanted to say this, thanks, and go pick up your wrench and get to work!---billy" ohio" b., myrtle beach,sc
