aftermarket brakelights etc. on stock harleys!

bought a 2008 fatboy; the seat (stock) has a cutout undernieth for the brain box which bolts to the fender . so the brain sits on top of stock fender and stock seat sets on that covering it. what if you want another fender (custom) and maybe another seat, like a tractor seat on springs? what could i do with that brain box? sure don,t want it ,s uglly butt settin up on my new fender. not a lot of electrical cord or i could move it: don,t know. see a lot of nice softail customs out there ; what do they do with that brain box? where do they hide it?
