07 Road king wheel upgrade

Hey guys.. I have a 2007 Road King Classic.. I was going to upgrade to a 21 inch 50 Fat Daddy Spoke wheel in front( from a 16) but have some questions..
1. How will it change the ride?
2. Will I need to change the size of the rear wheel as well?
3. Any major modifications to the front I need to make and can I use the stock fender?
I would appreciate any feedback you would have. thanks if advance.. Jason
