WTF?

Yamaha ads in Hot Bike.

Gimme a break. I thought you guys were all about Harleys. At least that's what you print on the cover.

Well it's like this,  the Yamaha is a popular bike. I ride one as well.  I allso read hotbike.  Yamaha come to the publisher with lots of money. They put a add in  the mag. Money wins evertime.

Dude, althought this is a "Harley" magazine and is mainly dedicated to us Harley enthusiast, they have to pay bills; therefore, the Yamaha ads. If you don't like it, cancel your subscription and find another magazine that better fits your need. It's only an ad.

Well I own a roadstar and like doing the mods to it.
Riding is the first. Not the brand of bike we ride.
I have had my roadstar for all most 6 years
It is pay off and the mod's here give me a dream of
how I'd like it to look.
Not the payment book and In's. Don't let this person get you down. And it has never let me down.

So what's next Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasucky and BMW? I thought this was a Harley magazine. If you want a bike that looks and sounds a little like a Harley but isn't do you also wear those fake lick and stick tattoos and phony ponytails out of the back of your outlaw looking helmet? Sheesh!

No wonder this magazine is getting thinner every year. Its losing its soul!

Looks like the guys at Hot Bike agree - not more Yamaha ads in it. Thanks.

OK, Here's the deal : From what I've seen in my part of the nation, Harleys spend more time in the garage than on the road. When asked why I purchased a Yamaha Raider S, I was ready to answer. Less than half the price of a Harley and twice as good, better looking than any Harley, and to quote a recent Cycle World comparo : The Harley Rocker was put up against the Yamaha Raider. In every category, the Harley was spanked. Need I say more ? Ride a Raider, then ride a Rocker. I rest my case.

It's a sad day when people worry about Yamaha ads in Hot Bike. I myself ride a 2008 Yamaha Vstar Classic. I think it's a great bike, but of course I wish there where more accessories available for Yamaha bikes. That is why I enjoy reading the articles in this mag. Its not what you ride its the journey of getting from point A to point B.
