'07 flhtcu handling problem

I have 07 FLHTCU, 103 se heads, se258 cams, stroker pistons,sert, dyno's 104/109 rear wheel, love the bike, hate the ride. just came bacl from sturgis, over 4k miles logged, while up there, rear wheel keeps throwing weights, neck bearing came loose, exhaust flange on 2-1 header backed off, bike rode like a rigid mount?? whats wrong?? motor vibration?? motor's not that rad.Any help/suggestions?? bike has 9900 miles.
