I stand 6' 5" and my inseam is 36". I want to buy a confortable bike. Today I got on a harley and found they seem too short for my long legs. My knees were higher than the tank. Even with the foward mounted pegs it seemed a little short. Does anyone make a bike to fit tall people with having it customized?

I found the Road Glide the only bike I didn't feel cramped on. I know this is a Harley enthusiast site, so I'm not trying to sway anyone away from Harley. I bought a Victory Touring Cruiser. The Victory's seem to fit the taller rider a bit better. It's a great American made option. - Trent

I agree with the Road Glide suggestion. I am 6'7" w/ a 38" inseam and have looked for a bike for quite a while. The Road Glide is very comfortable, however the close to 27 grand didnt apeal to me. after talking with a knowlegable sales man at the harley dealership and loving the "old school" look any way, I ended up with a Crossbones. It fits fine after some ghetto mods to re-mount the spring seat further back. In a whole different direction...the Ulyseis, Ulyses? any way the big Buel fit me the very best. Its just not the cruiser I wanted. good luck fellow tall rider.
