I purchased a radio for my 03 Electra Glide Standard, used from a friend, The radio was manufactured in 02 and has the proper connector. I installed the radio, plugged in the harnes that has power, yet the radio will not power up. Is their a security feature that needs to be activated? can anyone help? Thanks,Dave
