a part lost in past issue!!

I read a few issues ago, sorry don't remeber which one, in the new parts section in the back of the issue there was a bracket that was made where you could place a military base sticker on it and not have to put it on to you fork or frame. If anyone can remember where this item is can you tell me the website or a contact so I can look into picking one up.
