FLSTSC have a heavy front end and neck bearings need be adjusted or at least looked about every 500 miles or so. 2nd, look at the front pads, rotor and caliper. Rotor could be warped, pads could be wearing unevenly, caliper could need to be reset, or it could be as easy as low tire pressure....

You will usually find its a loose bearing, adjust or replace and you will be good to go.  check your tire pressure also and make sure tire and rim are properly balanced, you may have a loose spoke.

Yeah i have an 06 sporty with a stock front end and it does the same thing.  45-30 no handed and the front end wobbles side to side.  Can be called a death shake if it happens at high speed. or speed wobbles.  Would it be the lack of a balancer?

Springer getting rough?

maybe a complete tear down, clean and lube is in order.
a build up of road grime can cause friction and stiffen up the moving parts. sounds like a winter projerct

good luck
