I am writing on behalf of my father.
My dad rides a '99 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide and has misplaced the issue in which an article appeared regarding the "bottoming out" of Wide Glides and the solution was found to be "adding extra oil to the forks". We are hoping you can provide us with a copy of that article from, perhaps, 2-3 months ago. He has been experiencing this while riding and would like the specifications as to how much extra oil is necessary to alleviate the problem so that he may correct it.
